About The Space
We offer a versatile creative space for artists, musicians, creatives, business professionals, companies, and organizations, an ideal environment for professional and creative endeavors.
We have a 1,500-square-foot studio/work/live loft in the industrial district of West Oakland / Jack London Square. It is a top-floor corner studio with high ceilings, 12-foot windows, and spectacular views. Public transportation is only three blocks away, making it easy to access.

Hosting Package
As part of our hosting packages, we offer complimentary tea, coffee, and water as well as assistance to ensure that your production, events, and meetings are a success with us.
- Setup - 30 mins prior to the event
- Cleanup - 30 mins after the event
- Assistance with Logistics
Please inquire for details about staffing and additional hours for setup and cleanup.
Cleanings & Disinfecting ($150 flat rate)
For your health and safety, we include two (2) cleanings with your booking. 1-disinfecting will be scheduled prior to your event starting and 1-disinfecting will be scheduled after your event ends.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Parking
- Limited guest parking is available on a first-come basis
- The guest parking lot is located on the north side (alley) of the building
- Please note: The gated parking lots are for building tenants only. There is no guest access available
- FREE street parking along Adeline Street as well as old 5th Street next to the gas station
- Please be aware of the "NO PARKING" areas in front of the gated parking lot entry gates and directly in front of the building

Our Oakland studio is a flexible production loft designed for photographers, filmmakers, media teams, and performing artists. Each environment prepares the space and equipment for a specific type of work so professionals can move quickly from setup to capture.
Whether you’re producing editorial photography, recorded conversations, filmed interviews, or intimate performances, the studio can be configured to support your production with professional lighting, broadcast audio, and an authentic urban studio environment.

Portrait Studio
A professional photography environment designed for portrait, editorial, and product work. The studio includes seamless color backdrops, textured backgrounds, V-flats, reflectors, and professional lighting fixtures with softbox modifiers for controlled studio lighting.
Blackout window treatments and sound-dampening curtains help shape the shooting environment while maintaining the character of an active urban setting.

Broadcast Studio
A broadcast-quality recording environment designed for podcasts, interviews, and panel discussions. The studio features Shure SM7B and EV RE20 microphones, Sennheiser wireless systems, Rode boom arms, and multi-track recording through an Allen & Heath SQ-5 digital mixer.
The setup supports multi-speaker conversations with clean signal routing and independent track capture for post-production. Interior sound treatment and blackout window control help support recorded conversations within an active city environment.

Video Studio
A multi-camera production environment for interviews, branded content, and documentary conversations. The studio features three installed PTZ cameras routed through an ATEM video switching system with control panel and recording capability for live or recorded productions.
Additional video sources such as laptops, presentation feeds, or external cameras can be integrated into the switcher. Professional lighting, blackout window treatments, and interior sound treatment support consistent production conditions.
